This is a product demo. Here is exactly what happens with your data, in plain words.

Who we are

This demo is run by Crewing Automations (operated by Aries Navigation Group), the team building AI automation for marine crewing agencies. We are the data controller for everything described below. You can reach the founder directly: gregory@crewingautomations.com or WhatsApp +34 624 254 068.

What we store

• Your account email and company name — what you type at signup.
• The vacancy emails you send to your demo inbox, including attachments and anything inside them — sender addresses, names, phone numbers, vessel details. If it's in the email, we store it, because processing it is the demo.
• Basic page analytics — which pages of the demo you visit and how far you get. First-party, on our own server. No advertising trackers.

Why

Two purposes, no more:

1. Running your demo — parsing your vacancy email, showing you the result.
2. Contacting you about the product — you tried our demo with a real vacancy; we may follow up personally about whether it fits your agency.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in demonstrating and selling a B2B product to maritime professionals, plus the consent line you agree to at signup.

Where your data goes

• Our database — Prisma Postgres, hosted in the EU (region eu-central-1).
• OpenAI — the AI models that read and parse your vacancy email. OpenAI processes the email content on our behalf; we don't use your data to train models.
• Resend — sends you the welcome and sign-in emails.
• A private Telegram channel — a copy of your demo activity is mirrored to a founder-only internal channel so we can help if something breaks and follow up with you personally. Private, one person reads it.

That's the full list. No advertising networks, no data brokers.

How long

• Demo content (your runs, emails, generated ads) is purged after 90 days, automatically.
• Your account (email + company name) is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Delete everything on request — email gregory@crewingautomations.com or WhatsApp +34 624 254 068 and we'll erase your account and all demo data.
• Ask what we hold — same addresses; we'll tell you.
• Please don't forward emails containing third-party personal data you're not allowed to share. The demo works fine with the built-in sample vacancy — use that if you're unsure.

If you're in the EU/EEA and believe we've handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority — but write to us first; we'll fix it faster.

What we will never do

We don't sell your data. We don't pass it to anyone beyond the processors listed above. And we won't add you to any marketing list without asking you first — a personal follow-up about your demo is the only unsolicited email you'll get from us.
